Priests of Balthazar....? - Guild Wars Forums

I used to be able to unlock any and all runes from priests but now it seems limited and I am not sure what it is being limited by?? I want to unlock Warrior Rune of Superior Axe mastery but I do not have it as an option from any priests... WHAT GIVES?

Have you unlocked the Minor and Major runes of Axe Mastery first? You have to unlock the Minor, then the Major, then the Superior.

What Savio said, except you don't necessarily have to unlock the minor, if you've found the major in pve. Once you have a lower version, you can unlock a higher version, ie major rune, you can unlock sup version. 2/1 vamp item, you can unlock the max vamp item of that type, etc.
